Data Protection Compliance Officer We will consider ALL requests for removal of a persons personal data ( data subject) from our data base for an administration charge of £ 10 for any person using our Free search service , please do not confuse this administration charge with a subject access request.Please explain fully WHY you want the information removed, this information is required to be detailed so that full consideration can be given to each request.We have a responsiblity to confirm a data subject and to be satisfied we are dealing with a verified data subject. An administration fee of £10.00 per person (plus any additional Free search charge) and should be enclosed with any request made payable to Find People 4U Ltd for EACH person seeking a removal of any personal information from our data bases. We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible people findingregister and people finding service . All personal information collected will be made available for use by outside commercial organisations or for counter fraud purposes. We collect personal data for people finding services. All persons who register upon our site are recorded upon our people finding register ( Intelligent tracing register). All collected personal information is collated and used within our people finding service. All persons who use our service by becomming a member whether that is upon our paid or Free serviceaccept that position without reservation.
